Talent Labs Case Study

So, what was the problem?

Talent Labs is a purpose built facility for vetting and interviewing candidates for the recruitment industry. A unique offering, but difficult to market.

They needed to let the industry know about their facility, offering a suite of interview and testing rooms. It offered any large blue-chip a great advantage by enabling efficient candidate processing. Marketing activity needed to be launched prior to the building being completed, to generate interest and fill the bookings from day one.

How did we help?

Our response was to work closely with the architects, interior designers and developers of the Talent Lab, so we could generate the Talent Lab experience online before the final development was completed.

Re-creating every room, with all the facilities in 3D allowed visitors of the site to explore the labs prior to them even existing. The virtual Talent Labs would be a fully interactive experience, driving home the benefits and communicating that every aspect of the Labs had been clearly thought out.

The happy ending

Prospects and clients could view the Labs and understand the benefits 2 months before launch. This would have been very difficult to achieve without an interactive virtual website.

Customers can know all there is to offer without a site visit, helping to generate interest and fill the bookings well in advance of launch.
