So, what was the problem?
Offshore Properties provide off-plan overseas property investments. Traditionally an offline business they wanted to shift from traditional exhibitions and networking and engage with the thousands of users searching for overseas property every month. They already had a website but it lacked flexibility and more importantly was not generating response.
Offshore required a site that would be easily manageable, look professional in an already overcrowded marketplace and most importantly significantly increase their lead flow.
How did we help?
Working with a design Offshore had already invested in we were able to build their site incorporating a easy to use Content Management System, whilst still maintain the flexibility that is often lost with CMS systems.
When building the site our 2 main concerns were making sure the site performed well in the search engines and that users engaged with the site by leaving their details. The Rawnet Online Marketing team quickly identified that one of the most effective ways to do this was to strip the content right back, the old Offshore site was jammed full of information, so often people would not get in touch. By restructuring this content and pushing the user to leave their details to receive information such as a development brochure or full price list.
Offshore also asked if we could help them not only convert the traffic they were already getting, but also to increase their conversion optimisation. With this in mind the Online Marketing team were engaged in the project from day one, to initially research the search space Offshore were looking to occupy and then to provide a strategy to the site build team that would enable the site to rank well for the key business terms.
The teams involvement did not stop there though once launched they have executed a strategy to ensure the site achieves great rankings and stays there whilst managing Offshore 5 figure monthly pay per click budget effectively.
The happy ending
The site now looks great and visitors are now spending twice as long on the site. More importantly thanks to the SEO work we are performing they are now ranking well for their key business terms and have seen a massive increase in traffic due to their page one Google rankings for these highly searched, highly competitive terms.
As well as organic success Rawnet's Paid Search management and the changes to the site structure has enabled Offshore increased the number of leads per month by over 400% and has significantly reduced both cost per lead and acquisition.
