Atisreal Presentation
So, what was the problem?
Atisreal are continental Europe's leading provider of real estate services and having a large global presence, presenting internally and externally is an extensive part of day to day activity. An International AGM Presentation was due to take place with 800 directors flying in from around the globe. They needed a presentation that looked sensational with the added ability to edit content up until the very last minute.
How did we help?
This was the perfect fit for Fabric, our Flash-based presentation management system. We installed Fabric within the Marketing and Graphic department at Atisreal and they quickly pulled together an agency style presentation. We set up the branded templates so that everyone could create slides independently without any fear of inconsistancy. The centralised system allowed for users around the globe to submit and preview their content.
The happy ending
On the day, as expected, the presentation was changed right up until the curtain call. The flexibility of Fabric allowed these changes to be made to the live Flash presentation without any software installed on the PCs at the venue. Our Creative Director was onsite during the day if any last minute graphical or illustrative changes needed to be made.
The presentation ran smoothly, looked great and reinforced the professional brand of Atisreal to all their global Directors. There was also a free bar afterwards, which we're not allowed to talk about.
