Meet the Team
Adam Smith
Managing Director
Having graduated from Uni with a 1st in Colouring and Sums, Digital Media was the clear choice for Adam's Career. Pixel pushing his way through the new millennium, Adam has worked in several agencies creating digital media for number of large accounts. Adam joined Rawnet as Creative Director in 2002 looking to build up the creative department. Adam is now the Managing Director, leaving all the Colouring and Sums to everyone else.
Donna Sepala
Commercial Director
Donna left the delights of working in Marketing after feeling a little creative. We don't know his name but she ended up at Rawnet. Donna was shortly promoted to Creative / Communication Director, thanks to her natural charm and command over the boys in the design team. The court case continues.
Peter Lambert
Technical Director
Peter soon realised that his lifelong goal to be the first man to travel across Europe by magic carpet was over ambitious. Instead he settled for a life creating websites.
A closet creative, Pete has been known to 'ride the other bus' and help out the creative team when the other developers aren't looking.
Sam Barnes
Producer
Sam fuels his penchant for detail with a daily flask of undisclosed liquid he tries to pass off as 'coffee from home'. Our suspicions were heightened when he vocalized on the cost of oil - despite riding a bike to work. But whatever it is, it works and with project running smoother than ever, we just hope it doesn't continue to rise.
Ross Williams
Non-Executive Chairman
Ross is the founder and non-executive chairman of Rawnet. Which basically means he visits us once a month when he's not jetting around the world to eat our sandwiches and blag the best corporate entertainment gigs. He's also known to occasionally impart his pearls of wisdom to the rest of the management team between mouthfalls of Nandos chicken pitta.
Jennifer Raines
Financial Director
As our very own Miss Moneypenny, Jen can be found counting beans down in the basement at all hours. Jen brings a wealth of experience from the brand and marketing industry and has worked with agencies for undisclosed number of years.
Tegan Hearn
Project Manager
Soon after Tegan began to crawl, she shopped. Throughout her childhood, she shopped. During her time at Surrey Design Institute, she shopped. Skirts and shirts, tops and frocks. Her skills in wardrobe management however transpire very nicely to Project Management.
Mat Tomaszewski
Senior Interactive Designer
After dreaming of being a successful designer in England, Polish Mat turned on his colour TV and watched another episode of the Monty Python's Flying Circus - just to see what life in Britain isn't like anymore. A year later he arrived on the British shores clutching his post-communist laptop and two bottles of vodka. One bottle was enough to get a job in Rawnet and the day of his arrival is still being referred to as "The Day".
Rob Cleaton
Graphic Designer
Rob spent his uni years doodling - which coincidentally was his actual course. Rob's 'illustrative' skills can be found littering the office at any point, and on occasion, they can be found in our projects.
Dean Callaway
Interactive Designer
Dean spent 2 years traveling from South Africa on the back of his pet crocodile. He battled through deserts and lakes to end up at the foot of Windsor Castle, where he was found staring blankly.
Dean was originally hired at Rawnet to talk as an Australian on demand, but after accidentally being locked in one night, he managed to finish three video projects and two presentations before sunrise. Dean is 'The Wolf' of Rawnet, clearing up problems without so much as a bead of sweat.
Neil Chandler
Web Developer
Neil dropped into Rawnet with 4hrs notice and spent the first week coming to terms with his new surroundings. As time passed, he became more at home, and next month we may even put butter on his feet and let him outside.
Chris Mowforth
Web Developer
Chris works at Rawnet as a daytime cover up for his illicit Arms Trading activities. To be honest, we all bought the act for the first month (he can actually code Ruby very well - the dedication!), but he let his guard down in the pub and his true identity was revealed. We were too scared to ask any more questions...
